Structural SEO Growth for a B2B Industrial & Drone Technology Client
Independent engagement through SEMhappens, with sole strategic ownership. Whole-site Google Search Console results across two consecutive six-month periods.
The starting point
The challenge
The website presented the company as a corporate presence rather than an organic acquisition asset: limited organic visibility, thin coverage of commercial search terms, and no structured internal linking or topical depth behind its service pages.
The engagement rebuilt the SEO foundation of the site from the ground up: technical SEO, on-page optimization, content authority, commercial-intent landing pages and a bilingual Greek and English structure that supports both local and international search visibility.
The outcome
Results in numbers
Six-month comparison, whole site, from Google Search Console.
173 → 354. Homepage alone +130.9% (94 → 217).
1,305 → 2,398.
Site-wide average.
Whole site, +1.5 percentage points.
The approach
What was done
- Technical SEO: rebuilt crawlability, indexability and site structure so Google could correctly understand and prioritize the key pages.
- On-page SEO: redesigned meta titles and descriptions for search-intent relevance, improved heading structure and mapped keywords to the right pages.
- Content authority: rewrote and expanded the most important service pages with an Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust (E-E-A-T) approach, moving from simple service listings to content that demonstrates real expertise.
- Commercial and topical SEO: built dedicated pages and supporting content clusters for the commercial service lines of the company, such as industrial inspection, training, monitoring and custom design, which had little to no organic presence before.
- Bilingual SEO: upgraded both the Greek and English versions of key pages: Greek for local commercial search, English to lay the groundwork for international visibility and cross-border enquiries.
The meaning
Why this matters
These service categories previously had little or no organic presence. The site now ranks for commercial-intent terms tied directly to the actual service lines of the company, not only for brand searches.
That moves organic search from a passive channel to a genuine lead-generation asset. The next phase is about converting that visibility into commercial enquiries.
